Fulani Properties was incorporated on 3rd September 2005, with the main purpose to trade as a property developer.    The company shall soon start the development of two prominent areas in the locality of Attard which are earmarked for the development of some 36 apartments and over 40 lock-up garages.    Fulani Properties aims to carry out any kind of project and service related to the building and construction industry.        

Further to property development, in the first quarter of 2005, Fulani Properties acquired over 30,000 square meters of agricultural land in the limits of Rabat, Malta.    The site shall be converted into FRA BRETTEL vineyard and boutique winery with the seeding of over 15,000 rootstocks from the Monastrell, Negro Amaro, Syrah, Grenache, Barbera, Viognier, Vermentino and Alberino varieties.

Further to the vines, some 100 trees of the indigenous “Bambinella” fruit will be planted in 2006.  Whilst the vine seeding will be done in spring 2006, it is expected that the first production of around 16,000 bottles will be available in 2009.
