A new milestone

March 2005 marked a new milestone for Fapi Motors, where it was officially appointed as the authorized dealer for Cadillac and Corvette in Malta.   This dealership is the ideal step forward for our company since it will position us at the forefront of the market, together with other long established car importers.

Fapi Motors Ltd was incorporated on the 11th of June 1998, with the main purpose to trade in the importation and distribution of automotive, motorcycles and their accessories, lubricants and logistical services in the local market.  Our operations were initially focused on importation and trading of second hand forklift trucks.  These first years proved to be a valuable experience to establish the company in the market.    

In 1998, Fapi Motors Ltd was appointed as the authorized local dealer for Daewoo forklift trucks and excavators.   Through our reliable and committed sales team, we managed to enhance our products with innovative sales incentives and a wide range of warehouse load handling equipment.     

Fapi Motors Ltd prides itself in providing the best customer service in the motorbike And commercial vehicle market.   Our staff is selected to provide the highest level of technical support and commitment to quality customer service.

Since our first steps in such market we never looked back, but concentrated on the future and tried to be always a step ahead of competition. Through the evolution in market demands, we complemented our product range with related equipment and services to be able to offer a complete package to the market'sArmanni Carrelli requirements. Such included, being appointed as authorised dealers for CROWN and ARMANNI CARRELLI battery operated storage equipment, BOLZONI forklift truck attachments and DCL exhaust emission purifiers. As regards services, we introduced the short & long term forklift rentals and delivery of spare parts for any brand of forklifts. As a side line, but still with the required commitment, we operate in the motorcycle market by supplying Modenas and Hyosung motorcycles, together with the world renowned KTM sports motorcycles.

Knowing that by operating in a small island like Malta, the load handling market will be reaching it's saturation level thus limiting further growth, we went a step further, into the Distribution segment. By being appointed as authorised dealers for HICOM trucks in June 1998, we have set a very important mile stone for the future of our company. Applying the already acquired expertise, we gained immediate success in the LCV market, by leveling and at times surpassing, sales of competitors who have been present on the local market for over 20 years.
