SECRETARY / CLERK

Applicants must be aged between 18 to 25 years and fluent in spoken and written Maltese, English, Italian and most importantly French.  The successful applicant must be a fast learner and a  self-starter.

Applicants should possess excellent communication and administration skills as well as a solid knowledge of Word and Excel.  Essential criteria include the ability to work with initiative and limited supervision. 

SHIPPING CLERK

The ideal applicant must have tertiary education and be proficient in Word and Excel. 
The successful applicant must be fluent in spoken and written English, Italian and preferably other languages, since duties will include corresponding with our foreign trade partners.

Experience in the shipping sector is not a must, although candidates are expected to show initiative and work under minimum supervision.

BUSINESS PLANNING & STRATEGY EXECUTIVE

This exceptional opportunity is being offered to a talented, highly commercial and dynamic individual to become a member of the senior management team. Reporting to the Directors, your responsibilities will include:-

  • Developing business strategies to accelerate corporate growth.

PAYROLL & HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER

Role, Responsibilities & Requirements:

  • Managing and coordinating our recruitment and induction programs by monitoring and responding to the organisation’s resourcing requirements.

  • Developing and implementing training programs and strategies to meet the Group’s needs by undertaking annual training needs analysis, monitoring industry trends and regularly liaising with senior management.

  • Providing advice to senior management on a broad range of human resources issues.

Role, Responsibilities & Requirements:

  • Assist the Managing Director within the property development sector and to liaison with MEPA, architects office and related project contractors for development and finishing.
  • Coordinate all the preliminary negotiations including feasibility, project time-frames, quality process and implementation.
  • Liaison between the Group’s Real Estate Services division and the Group management.
  • Be involved in the day-to-day administration of the group and assisting the Directors in any administrative work related to any of the subsidiary companies.

  • Candidate must have strong self initiative, be highly accountable for his action and posses a minimum of five years experience in the construction industry.
MARKETING MANAGER

Roles, responsibilities and requirements:

  • Creating, developing and executing the Group’s marketing plans.
  • Co-ordinating PR and media campaigns.
  • Identifying new potential markets, develop and implement expansion strategies.
  • A minimum of 3 years marketing experience in a managerial position.
  • Excellent business report writing and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS OFFICE and PHOTOSHOP.
  • Effective communication and organizational skills.
EXPORT BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

Roles, responsibilities and requirements:

  • Draft a regional action sales plan, setting out objectives and time-frames.
  • Process business intelligence and market research in specific niche markets.
  • Identify potential business partners and start early stage discussions.
  • Responsible for penetrating regional international territories of defined sectors.
  • Strong business acumen, hardworking, eager to meet challenges through tenacious approach. Must posses excellent communication and experience in Sales and Marketing.
GROUP ADMINISTRATION EXECUTIVE

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the selected candidate shall:
